Internet Sales

Ozhifi strictly forbids any selling of its products on the Internet. This includes "Call for Best Price" or "Call to Order" tactics. Dealer partners are forbidden to use Ozhifi's part numbers or product images on any company websites without express consent from Ozhifi. Ozhifi reserves the right to terminate all dealer privileges if any dealer is found in violation of these policies.

Ordering, Shipping & Delivery

All dollar values expressed here are inclusive of tax.

Orders for all products can be done via Ozhifi's website, over the phone, or by purchase order fax. Ozhifi uses Startrack Express and Toll Priority for all shipments. These orders may be shipped via Toll Priority Courier or Startrack Express Road at Ozhifi's discretion. Free shipping applies to orders being shipped to a commercial address and greater than $550 invoice value. Shipments less than $550 invoice value will be charged a flat fee of $22. An additional $55 fee will be charged for deliveries to residential addresses. Free shipping on orders of more than $550 does not include express shipping services. Warehouse pick-ups can be arranged but must be paid for in full before any product will be released. Any merchandise returned to the warehouse must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number from an Ozhifi Sales Representative in accordance with the Ozhifi Return policy. Order cut off for same day shipping is 3pm AEST.

Goods damaged in transit must be signed as such by the dealer and Ozhifi must be notified within 72 hours. Ozhifi does not accept any damage for goods in transit after 72 hours.

Returns & Replacements

All Ozhifi products (excluding sale, demo discounted, clearance and discontinued products) can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Ozhifi will reimburse thepurchase price less any return shipping charges for any product that does not meet our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee."Non Defective" merchandise must be returned within 30 days of a replacement leaving Ozhifi. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns. No merchandise returns after 90 days. All products returned must have prior notification to Ozhifi and an assigned Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued by Ozhifi and attached to the box. Sale, Demo discounted, Clearance and Discontinued products may be returned only in the event of a manufacturer's defect.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

A company interested in becoming a registered dealer for Ozhifi must complete the simple application and verification process either through our website or phone screen with an Ozhifi Account Representative. Credit terms can be discussed with an Account Representative at the time of registration and are based on either established credit reports and/or current and future spending levels with Ozhifi. All terms are net 30 days unless otherwise stated. Accounts more than 7 days past due will be placed on hold and an overdue account fee equal to 5% of the overdue balance maybe applied at Ozhifi's discretion after 21 days past due. Ozhifi reserves the right to send any account more than 30 days past due to a credit collections agency for payment or seek repayment though the litigation process. These accounts will be reported to the credit ratings agency/s and may be subject to additional legal and attorney fees. Ozhifi reserves the right to cancel any account that is placed on hold twice in one calendar year. Ozhifi does not allow for C.O.D accounts, but does accept all major credit cards, Paypal, transfers and cheques. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any insufficient funds cheque returned and the account will be placed on hold. Ozhifi will apply a 2% interest fee per month on all payments 60 days past due.

Ozhifi may offer lower prices on various items on a promotional or permanent basis. Unless otherwise noted, we do not offer price protection on past orders if these changes occur.

Where there is any discrepancy in pricing Ozhifi's decision is final and reserves the right to refund any purchase price paid or reverse any invoice on a credit account. Sales are final when goods are shipped from Ozhifi.

Viewing Orders and Updating Account Information

Dealers can view orders and update account information from the 'My Account' dashboard once logged in. This is the first page a dealer will see when logged in. Follow the prompts to change information as required or track the status of orders.
